I am not just a REALTOR® and Associate Broker with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers:  I’m a husband, a Dad, a Veteran.  I like to build lasting relationships with my clients, during the course of which I get a better understanding of their wants and needs.  I maintain contact with clients from as far back as the mid- 2000s when I worked as an on-site agent at a newly built subdivision.  Since getting my agent’s license in 2007, I have helped some clients buy and sell their homes, and they refer their friends and family members.

It is my great pleasure to service sellers and buyers as I have done since obtaining my real estate license.  Over the years, I have successfully closed tens of millions in real estate transactions, and I attribute my success to the following:

Communication:  I make certain my clients understand exactly what to expect throughout the home buying or selling process.  I explain contract documents, the steps in the process, and stay with my clients through closing, often staying in touch years after the closing.  Nothing is too small to discuss, and I’m always a call, text or email away ensuring my clients are positioned for success.

Attention to Detail:  As a former military officer and graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, I’ve honed my skills over the last 20+ years in diligence, persistence and integrity.  I ensure that no details are overlooked and communicate on all aspects of the transaction.

Being an Expert Real Estate Liaison:  Together we’ll work through the complexity of real estate transactions by maintaining open communication, with me addressing all of my clients and concerns as we work through  the intricacies of each transaction, and establish solutions to make the transaction as smooth as possible.

  • Graduate, REALTOR® Institute / GRI: REALTORS® with the GRI designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.
  • Certified Residential Specialist / CRS: The CRS designation is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers.
  • Seller Representative Specialist / SRS: The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation.
